All HRX hygienic samplers are built with 300 series stainless steel, food grade plastic, and food grade seals and gaskets, making it ideal for food based and pharmaceutical applications.
- The hygienic granule sampler has a compact design that works well with drop chutes, bins, hoppers, pipes, or air slides.
- A variety of sample strokes are available for varying sample sizes - 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 inches (102, 152, 203, 254, or 305 mm). Longer stroke lengths are available on custom samplers.
- This hygienic powder sampler has no moving parts in passage from sampler to container, keeping material characteristics consistent.
- Seal kits and sample containers available to meet your repair and sampling needs
Particle Size
- The recommended particle size for the HRX Bulk Solid Sampler is 10 µm to .25 in (6 mm).
Process Locations
- HRX Sampler's recommended sampling location is in dilute or dense phase pneumatic conveying systems, bins, hoppers, or gravity spouts that need protection from contamination.
- The sampler dimensions are dependent on process customization and insertion lengths of 4-12 in (102-305 mm).
