Obtain representation of your entire vertical product stream with the Sentry Model SA Sampler.

By taking a cross section of grain, granules, or flakes as it travels down a chute, the air actuated or electric sampler can get a representative sample of your process without affecting the characteristics. 

  • The SA Sampler Sampler is dust and vapor resistant to eliminate potential degradation of sample.
  • This bulk solids sampler is flexible with a variety of options available – wear liners, QPQ hardening, pre-plumbed filter-regulator, explosion proof motors and more.
  • Available in square or round gravity chutes and two- or three-inch (51 or 76 mm) discharge tubes to accommodate different particle sizes.
  • Seal kits and sample containers available to meet your repair and sampling needs

  • The FGIS certified Cross-Cut SA sampler has a recommended particle size of 10 µm to .25 in (6 mm).

Sentry's bulk solid and ISOLOK sampler maintenance schedules depend on the application. However, it is recommended to clean your equipment every 6 months and review cycle counts to determine the average change time of seals. You should also document every failure for a more robust maintenance schedule.

Serial numbers can be found stamped on the product itself, on an adhesive nameplate or on a stainless steel tag.
