Designed for particles up to 3/4 inch (19mm), the ISOLOK SAE particle sampler ensures that your samples are representative of your entire process without degrading or shearing the sample.

This automatic sampler uses a four-inch stroke cylinder to obtain samples from heavy-walled vessels.

The ISOLOK sampler's design uses compressed air to grab a fixed amount of product at set intervals. The product is then discharged by gravity to a sample container.

The SAE powder sampler is designed to capture a 90 or 100cc sample.
The sampler is available in versatile seal options to meet your process needs.
Installation and maintenance is a breeze with the sampler's heavy duty 3-inch tri-clamp ferrule.

Temperature

ISOLOK SAE ambient operating temperature -5˚ to 131˚F (-20˚ to 55˚C), depending on the seal material.
The sample material temperature can be -40˚ to 575˚F (-40˚ to 302˚C), depending on seal material and duty cycle.

Pressure

The SAE sampler can handle up to 200 PSI (13.37 bar) process pressure, depending on the application.

Particle Size

The maximum particle size for this ISOLOK is .75 in (19 mm).

However, it is recommended to clean your equipment every 6 months and review cycle counts to determine the average change time of seals. You should also document every failure for a more robust maintenance schedule.

Serial numbers can be found stamped on the product itself, on an adhesive nameplate or on a stainless steel tag.
