Designed for highly abrasive applications, the ISOLOK SAL-DBB sampler collects samples to ensure you are obtaining quality product and making intelligent decisions.

This sampler is made with patented double block and bleed technology that fully isolates the operator from the process.

Designed for less maintenance, the ISOLOK SAL-DBB sampler extends plunger life with short actuation lengths and does not require complete disassembly to change plunger seals. However, when maintenance is required, no special tools are needed for the sampler disassembly.

  • This safe, reliable ISOLOK sampler is lighter than most industrial equipment at approximately 18 lb (8 kg) making any removal less labor intensive.
  • A variety of customizations are available from port closures, line adapters, different containers, and more.
  • All SAL-DBB are adaptable to ISOLOK SAL-B products, making it easy to install on existing sampling points.

Sentry's bulk solid and ISOLOK sampler maintenance schedules depend on the application. However, it is recommended to clean your equipment every 6 months and review cycle counts to determine the average change time of seals. You should also document every failure for a more robust maintenance schedule.

Serial numbers can be found stamped on the product itself, on an adhesive nameplate or on a stainless steel tag.
