Designed for mining applications, the ISOLOK SAL-Q sampler collects samples to ensure you are obtaining quality products and making intelligent decisions.

This mining sampler employes a Delta double block and bleed valve to isolate the sampler and the operator from the process line.

Using compressed air and a controller, operators can match their sampling needs to their specific purpose.

Maintenance is simple due to the sampler's plunger extension providing access to seals and wrench flats.
A variety of customizations are available from port closures, line adapters, different containers, and more.
All SAL-Q products come with a Class IV shutoff, enabling the sampler to be removed while the process remains in service.

Temperature

ISOLOK SAL-Q can operate at up to 500 PSI at 450˚F (34.4 bar at 232˚C).
The recommended operating temperature is 720 PSI at 100˚F (49.6 bar at 38˚C).

Pressure

The SAL-DBB recommended operating pressure is 300 PSI (20.7 bar) at 80 PSI (4.0 bar) air compression.
However, it can handle up to 400 PSI (27.5 bar) at 80-100 PSI (5.5-6.9 bar) air compression.

Particle Size

The maximum particle size for this ISOLOK is .2 in (5 mm).
